Right. Hard to explain.
I lost a lot (I mean more than 10kg) of weight over a year ago, and had to put that back on. I am now a kilogram below what I used to be, and I am back into crazy long-distance running. But for some reason, when I sit down, I still get that small bit of skin that looks useless and unflattering. When I am in the bath in the evening, I can't even look at my stomach because it just seems to be too big? I've been running for ages, and I've got very strong stomach muscles, but I hate my stomach! Its got... stuff... that was never there before, and I am a kilogram less than I was before (apparently I'm still too light with a BMI of 18.2).
What the hell?
Is there anything I can do to make my stomach flatter and more like a runner's stomach as opposed to a trim, but non-exercising person's stomach? I'm getting to the point where I hate looking at myself.
NB: I don't want to lose *any* weight though. It might be dangerous.
