I have a very bad acid reflux and heartburn problem. I have them both every day all day. I cant really find any menus out there for this. I know what certain foods make me sick and what foods I can eat. But it would be nice to have my meals planned out and to have a menu to go by. Yes, I am taking meds for the both issues noted above, but they only help so much.

I like to exercise and lift weights, and I try to eat a diet that is high in protein. One of the things I do to increase my protein intake is eat canned tuna, usually in oil, that has around 32 grams of protein per can...I am however concerned about how much mercury I might be consuming because I can sometimes eat 3 cans in a week. Is this too often? How much mercury is too much, and how much is it that is contained in tuna?

so i went to the doctors and i have a yeast infection. She gave me a pill to take and i took it yesterday. BUt it doesnt feel like its gotten any better. ive been eating yogurt, and putting vagisil on. nothings helping. should i just wait and see or should it have gone away by now?

I'm turning 18 soon and I think I'll be getting my first pelvic/breast exam at my next doctor appointment. I'm not sexually active and I'm very modest and private about those parts of my body. hi

I am finding my period is very irregular for some reason... I got my period for the 1st time after having my 4 month daughter on the 10th of jult until the 17th then they came back on the 22nd of july till the 27th and today they are back again...

I am on the contraceptive pill and have only missed two but the doctor told me to just take them when i remember i forgot them and that everything will be ok... I am not near my 1 week of on the pill and have started bleeding again today

so what is happening with my period

also i had sex when i missed my pill could i be pregnant by aby chance and could the bleeding today be implantation bleeding

I'm getting really nervous all the time. I get panic attacks and when that happens I shake uncontrolably. I stopped taking Zoloft because I don't want to be dependent on anything. I drink coffee, will that increase my panic attacks? What should I do? I don't want to take Zoloft anymore and I need to find a way to calm myself down.

I have a wedding coming up and my feet are swollen alot of the time! it had got worse this last month and very uncomfortable, I want to avoid getting new shoes for the wedding, I am avoiding tea and coffee and alchohol, reducing salt but wondered if there were any quick fixes out there other than the obvious fluid tablets.. wedding is in 1 week.
