The penis is a balloon structure that feels with blood when aroused. IF the penis swells after ejaculation this indicates that blood is not returning from the head of the penis back into the body. This can be very serious, as the penis is not designed to stay swollen for a long time with trapped blood. it may be you are masturbating to hard and damaging the small veins in the head of your penis. If it still occurs i suggest a trip to talk to your doctor, they heard it before so don't worry. better to be a little embarrassed then a little damaged.

it will go back to normal by its self. just masturbate, enjoy it, and everything will be back to normal in no time.
