ok...it hurts and all its kinda swollen and i dont want to go to the doctor but im worried that i like chipped it or pulled something...im 13 and 99lbs..if that help but i am soooo confused and i can put my weight on it just its really swore i really need help plez someone do you know wut has happened

Im getting very painful, severe 'lightning bolt' pains in my legs after working 6 or more hour shifts. The pain is accompanied with bright red spots or splotches on and around my ankles and below my knees. The redness always seems to come in the same pattern, starting at the inside of my ankles and moving in a half moon pattern inward towards my calfs. Then more spots on my outer calf just below the knee. What could this be caused from and what can I do to ease the pain. (short of quiting my job that I need) I need help...PLEASE! The pain is unbareable and brings me to tears daily!

When I came home from cheerleading last night, I had an ache right around my ribcage and lungs. It hurt to breathe, and to lift myself up hurt especially bad. A girl had landed on me hard, so I thought it would go away overnight and decided to take a tylenol. But as I woke up this morning, I struggled to lift myself up to get out of bed because it still hurt. Should I go to the doctor, or what? thanks.

The only machines my gym has is standing or sitting and pushing your toes up as in a tippy toe stance. These exercise do not seem to "Fatigue" my calf muscles, yet it hurts the bottom of my feet.
