Do you have behaviors that concern them? Evaluate these behaviors and see if you would accept them as "normal" in another person. Have yourself evaluated by a professional third party.

Give it a few months
of a balanced life.
includes eating, sleeping art regular hours
abiding by house rules without arguement
participating in family, doing your chores and
addressing your own responsibilities of school and laundry and a semi-orderly room.
maintaining an even mood, no yelling or screaming
looking for ways to be helpful.
It's ok to have your own opinions, but don' t be forcing them on others

Are you tho? Honestly? If you are, then be firm and prove it if necessary by whatever means they need proof! If not why stay in denial, just accept that you're not well and accept their help and support. Sometimes we think we are well when others can tell we're not, so mind that one as well!
