i have a hard white spot next to a wisdom tooth coming in?

it hurts all the time, and it looks like its going to pop. im not sure what it is? i dont have insurance to go to the dentist either, i just wnt to know if its infected...

it looks like a white bubble. its in between my tooth and the side of my mouth...

Occasionally we will have a bone chip come up with a tooth.
Then it will gradually rise up out of the gum. They are always sore while inside of the gum.

You can mouthwash daily with HYDROGEN PEROXIDE to heal any tenderness. But this tenderness is coming from inside of the gum.
