There is no menu for this. You need to see a doc and get prescripion meds for this. Left untreated it can erode your esophogus. YOu can eat anything you want so long as it doesn't bother you and if you get this treated I am betting you will be able to eat most anything. Go see your doc and get this treated before it causes permanent damage.

1] are you under a doctor's care? Do you have prescription strength meds? If not, go ASAP. You need treatment before you get permanent damage.
2] lose weight - being within normal weight range creates less pressure on the abdomen and diaphragm, decreasing pressure in stomach.
3] eat 1/2 size meals, six times a day - overdistending the stomach also aggravates reflux.
4] elevate the head of your bed - gravity will help keep stomach contents where they belong
5] don't eat/drink within three hours of bedtime
6] avoid fats, sauces, spices, soda, processed meats, and sweets.
7] eat 3 servings of whole grain bread, cereal, rice, and pasta
8] eat lots of boiled/steamed or microwaved veggies [ plain, no sauce or margarine - salt is OK ]
9] 'bland' fruits - no skins: apples, bananas, berries if you can tolerate them, cherries, grapes, guava, mango, papaya, peaches, pears. No citrus, NO strawberries.
10] watch meats - some digest better than others [ fish, chicken usually work well
11] watch dairy intake - may need to stick to just yogurt or just cheese.
12] watch for anything with caffiene - may need to switch to decaf tea!

My grandmother used to make this tea whenever we used to heartburn.
Coriander seeds(1-2 tablespoons)
Black Peppercorn seed(half to one tablespoon)
Small amount of Dried Ginger(very small piece) as dried ginger has higher potency
Put all in a bowl of water, boil it. Drink it with little bit of Pure honey(Not any generic honey with Sugar in it).
This tea has cured different family member's heartburn in our family. We do not have tums, or any heartburn tablets in our house at all.
Pure honey will drop to the bottom, and it will take alot of time to dissolve, impure honey will dissolve like sugar(as it has sugar impurities in it).
Best of luck, eat healthy, stay healthy. Let me know how you feel about the tea and your situation. Your welcome, and hope you feel better(Glad to see that you are watching what you eat).

mlgable is right. - take her advice.
This helped me though: low acidic foods, small portions sizes eat 6 times a day. Try to eat lots of bland foods. No sugar.
Aciphex worked well for me (spelling).
