you could have kidney stones. Thats the exact pain i felt when i had them. I think the best thing for you to do is see the doctor to give you a diagnosis and go quickly. Hope this helps and i hope you feel better

If you cant go to the doctor and in case you might have kidney stones just drink plenty of water or cranberry juice.

Ask to get an MRI of your lumbar (lower) spine ASAP.
Those are CLASSIC signs of a pinched nerve, possibly from a bulging or ruptured disk.
It might be sciatica pain, but since pooping bothers it soo much, I'd really lean more towards a messed up disk.

For now, of course try ibuprofin (two every 6 hours), if that doesn't work, switch to tylenol tomorrow.

If it's REALLY bothering you, or if you get really weak legged, or if you experience worsening pain you may want to go ahead and go to the ER.

Try laying down in the fetal position on a comfy bed, if it's an impinged nerve or messed up disk, this should help a little bit.
Try heating pads, and try not to strain so hard when you do poop.
If you're constipated (which can CAUSE your back to hurt) get a stool softener (NOT a laxative. You want it to help you poop easier, not turn you into a reverse ol' faithfull!)

Good luck!!!!

A Chiropractor is who you need. You have a pinched nerve in your low back. And yes it will cause constipation also..

Lay down on the floor and put your legs up on a coffee table or in the seat of a chair. When you do this it will open up the vertebrae in your low back in release a pinched nerve. Try to sleep in this position also. Sofa cushions work really good behind your knees. Stay this way for as long as you can.
Stay like that at least 30 minutes for relief.

You can also bend over and let your head and arms hang so as to elongate your low back and open the vertebrae up for relief. But you cannot stay in this positon long enough.

Good Luck, take Ibuprofen also as the disks become swollen and enflammed when they have been pinched for a long time.

I hope this helps.

It sounds like kidney stones to me too and the "poop" pain is most likely because the of muscles being so closse to the stone. I get these and the pain in my back lasted a week once, then when the stone passes it can cause bleeding and a UTI.... Best thing is to see a doctor, stones will show up on x-ray.

That sounds really painful. you should talk to your parents and get them to take you to the doctor. It doesn't sound to normal. It could be built up gas in your body since it hurts to poop.
