There's a slight chance it might be clots, but it's rare that you get clots in the same spot on each leg at the same time.

You may have some circulation problems that are making it hurt, it could be a neurological problem, or you may just have a really sensitive pressure point.
There are certain points on the body that, if pressed correctly, can hurt so badly it can bring a person to their knees.
If it only hurts when you push it, it's probably nothing to be too worried about.
If it hurts other times too, and it's really bothering you, you may want to ask to see a neurologist, jsut to make sure nothings wrong, but it doesn't seem like anything too bad.

Hope this helped!

My legs are covered in tattoos from ankle to knee and top of knee up. So I would say NO they do not hurt so much. I really thought on the chin would hurt like hell but even that was not so painful to me. I have over 100 tattoos. However the reality is that ever person has a different pain tolerance and NO one person can tell you for certain whether something is going to be painful or not on your body.

clots on the very same spot on both legs is kinda unlikely... maybe you have muscle knots, or a bruise?! there are dozens of things it could be without being clots.... but if you wanna be a hypocondriac.... go to the doctor.

if the pain gets worse... go to the doctor anways.

I would guess you are hitting the nerve that effects both legs.

It doesn't sound like clots. You would have swollen feet if you had a clot. Do You?

Yeah, don't press there.

Check your pulse and see if your femur is broken.

If thats the case, you should probably seek medical attention.

Immediately.
