Right. Hard to explain.
I lost a lot (I mean more than 10kg) of weight over a year ago, and had to put that back on. I am now a kilogram below what I used to be, and I am back into crazy long-distance running. But for some reason, when I sit down, I still get that small bit of skin that looks useless and unflattering. When I am in the bath in the evening, I can't even look at my stomach because it just seems to be too big? I've been running for ages, and I've got very strong stomach muscles, but I hate my stomach! Its got... stuff... that was never there before, and I am a kilogram less than I was before (apparently I'm still too light with a BMI of 18.2).
What the hell?
Is there anything I can do to make my stomach flatter and more like a runner's stomach as opposed to a trim, but non-exercising person's stomach? I'm getting to the point where I hate looking at myself.

NB: I don't want to lose *any* weight though. It might be dangerous.

I totally know what your saying. Ilost over 30 ounds, since last summer till now. But when i sit, i still look big. I think what you (and i) Should do is some more weight training. This builds muslce and converrts all the fat into muscle, so that you will look lean. Since your mre concered with you stomach, do more crucnches, this should help.

maybe you're not eating right and have omentum under your skin or it's genetics and you inherited the way your stomach looks. whatever the reason, accept yourself and the way you look. I'm sure there are people (me incuded) that would love to look like you.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.myldirect.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 4.95$ shipping and handling.
