Hi, over the past years, I have been feeling what I believe are acidic reactions to beverages and food. Sometimes my throat burns and hurts especially after drinking iced tea, pineapple juice, and sodas.

The worst part in my 'acidic attack' is when I feel the 'substances or chemicals' or whatever it is down to my shoulders. The seering pain sometimes lasts 5 minutes.

I haven't been to a doctor yet and I plan to go.

I just want to know which doctor I should check up to also. Thanks thanks

If you live in UK start with your GP In any event make a list of what you eat and the time you eat or drink for say a couple of days and what time the pain starts. being fortunate and only having that sort of problem when I overeat with the exception of honey. after that Oh boy do i get heart burn.

I would not like to guess what the problem is
