I used to have this problem.... I don't remember where I heard this from, but it worked miracles. Get a bottle of rubbing alcohol, and one of those ear dropper things, and use the dropper and put some alcohol in your ear, then get a paper towel/tissue and turn your head to the side that you put the alcohol in and when you drain the alcohol out, water comes with it. Amazing!

Go to the liquour store and buy some Everclear. It is like 180 proof alcohol so do not drink it. Fill your ear for several seconds and let it drain out. Repeat 2 or 3 times a day. After it begins to get better, cut down to a time or 2 a day. Then once a week or so. Your Doctor may have given you the wrong drops. There is one for fugus and one for bacteria. My Dr. gave me the wrong one and made the fungus grow. Another Dr. had to wash it out with a machine and he told me to go to the liquour store and buy the Everclear.

Find a store that sells Natures Sunshine. Buy some CBG. It is a liquid. Lay on your side with your ear up. Put three drops in the ear and lay like that for 10 minutes. Then do it for the other side. It also works for regular earaches.

We used to use plain ol alcohol and my mom would cut an onion and heat it slightly and put it over the ear after and it always soothed the pain...also cold garlic oil in it...just make sure it is clean garlic oil, she would take a garlic clove and cut it up and stick it in cold pressed olive oil and keep it in the fridge..it also made things taste good when she cooked with it...but it really helps the ear...

Before you try ANY home remedy...make sure you warm the liquid you are dropping into your ear or you will experience MORE pain!
We always use hydrogen peroxide, warming the bottle in a sick of hot water...then a heat compress to lay on or a hot wet washcloth.
