So I decided to start eating healthy and exercising more a week ago and I've been doing really well. But today my family wants to go eat IHOP for breakfast and I'm real happy about that since we don't always spend time together. I still want to eat there to show but I just don't know what to eat. Is there anything that isn't too fattening and maybe a little healthy. I've never been there so can anyone help me out? Thank you.

I agree with Jess.
Eat what you want, just in moderation, if spending time w/ family is a special occasion.
I personally love the swedish crepes, w/ lingonberry butter and lingonberries on top. mmm

IHOP serves the full menu 24hrs a day, so if you want, you can have a bowl of fruit and a salad if you can't justify eating something else.

I think they might have like cereals/oatmeal....

Or if you could spring for a salad at breakfast time go ahead.

My advice? You've been doing really good - and everything in moderation is okay. I would go and order whatever is on the menu that seems appealing to you (I LOVE the fruit pancakes. I get strawberry - it comes with these strawberries on top)...

The thing is, I dont eat all of them. I think you get like 3 pancakes - eat just one, and take the rest home and either have it as your meal throughout the day, or save it for breakfast tomorrow!

I wouldnt order any side dishes though (Skip the bacon or hash browns)

Maybe you can go for a walk or a swim to burn some of the extra calories off.

On the back of the menue are healthy eating choices. Egg whites instead of whole eggs, fruit, stuff like that.
