I have had hemmoriods in the past, but I don't think that it flared up again, today after i had bm, i noticed some blood clots, what's going on? what could it be? I didn't eat anything abnormal and i'm not on my period.

I'm a 20 year old girl who is 30lbs overweight. I also have very painful, severe heel spurs. Everytime I even try to go on a treadmill, after about 2 minutes I want to cry because of how bad they hurt!

I have gone to a podiatrist to talk about this situation and he told me i'm in a Catch 22 because in order to relieve my pain, I need to lose weight. But I can't lose weight, because of how much pain I'm actually in.

But my dilemna is this: I know i can change my diet to lose weight, but I don't lose weight well/quickly when I don't exercise. Also I don't know what kind of excercise I can do that can effectively assit me with weight loss that won't end up hurting me.

Is there some diet or food products that can really help me with weight loss in a non-excercise situation?
and is there ANY effective cardio that can be done that doesn't require much impact on my feet? (other than biking because i do not find it effective for me AT ALL.)

im suspicious that i might have diabetes. for the past 4 days, iv been very hungry, none stop, iv noticed iv been urinating alot more then normal, i feel very weak, tired but not tired enough to sleep, and depressed. Im 17 and im worried i could be getting Type 1 diabetes.

Should i go for a blood test and find out or do i have something else? i do have diabetes in the family. both my aunts have it and my grandad does.

I woke up this morning, at about 3:30, and I felt horrible. I am really light headed, dizzy, my throat hurts, my head hurts, and I feel like I will throw up. On top of that, I was burning hot and freezing cold at the same time. I feel better now, but still sick and its 10:00. Whats going on?

I've seen various sites talking about bipolar disorder and lupus, or severe depression and lupus, and I know that I, personally, was treated for bipolar disorder before they found out I was LA+. (I don't have lupus, I'm RO-, but I have lots of lupus-related symptoms, so I'm being treated for them.) I was just wondering, how common is it for people who have lupus to have emotional issues as well?

Im moving out of my boyfriends place because we are more like friends now and i need to live by myself for awhile so i quit depending on men, anyways im moving out soon, just waiting for my place, and its getting weird around my boyfriend. talked to my oral surgeon about it, and he told me that I'd have to wait a whole week. I know that's a crock, I know plenty of people that have been able to get away with it. Although they told me that they shoved cotton in their gums too. I was also wondering about a little MJ, and when that could be possible to smoke as well. Anyways, when will I be able to safely smoke without being concerned about dry socket? I can wait a week if it's necessary, but I know plenty of people that got away with it after a few days. My surgeon has me on a lot of medication to prevent any infections as well, so I'm pretty much golden... I just wanted to ask before I ended up screwing myself over and getting dry socket.

The shots only last for about 45 minutes. The doctor is amazed. He said that it should last for 2-4 hours. I am in so much pain. And this is not the first time. It is every time.

I have a 3 year old son showing signs of diabetes, excessive thirstyness, tired all the time and constant hunger. I myself am hypoglycemic and I had gestational diabetes while pregnate. My father has type 2 and my maternal grand mother also has type 2. I checked his glucose level at home after daycare and it was 126 and 2hours after dinner it was 111. I have been told for his age the average is 70-110. Do you think I should have him tested by the doctor for diabetes?
