Here is a real answer “I think” for everyone….
Mix baking soda + Hydrogen Peroxide to make white paste.
Brush your teeth with arm & hammer , crest or the best choice for whitening teeth , ultrabrite . You can brush with those 2 combinations for awesome results or you can add more options to this mix. Example ( me )

Crest Vivid
Crest Whitening Strips
This is a very good way to get real results.
No Salt No Lemon juice or Pee (believe me I’ve heard them all)
All you need is
Baking soda $0.99
Hydrogen Peroxide $0.99
UltraBrite $0.99
If you add Crest Whitening Strips at night results will show faster.
I would recommend brushing with a good non whitening tooth paste in between so you don’t do too much damage with all that whitening.
If your mouth hurts too much from the mix use water and baking soda.
No need to pay a dentist $300+ X times? To do damage with harsh chemicals to get the same results just a bit faster, anyway your gums

For those who want to whiten teeth...
Remeber to be *very* careful about choosing your whitening products...some have abrasives, which erode the enamel to show the whiter dentin underneath. Problem is, dentin is soft, and enamel doesn't regenerate.
