You have to get the stinger out.
Try tweezers, if that fails go to the doctor.

Mix a third of a cup of baking soda with two thirds of a cup of water, and put it on and around the wound. After a couple of minutes, you should start to feel relief. The paste will dry up and stop working after about 15 minutes, so make a lot, be prepared to make more, or try another remedy like the one below.

OR

Try slapping some dirt and water on the wound. If you're making mud, put in about twice as much water as dirt. If you find that the mixture is soupy, though, drain out some water or make a new batch. If the consistency is too thin, it will not stay on the wound. If you are using the mud remedy, it is best to take it outside because you'll likely make a mess.

OR

Wrap a cube of ice in a paper towel and you're done! It's also handy to numb the pain while you're making up one of these other concoctions.

OR

Moisten some tobacco from a cigar, cigarette, pipe, or snuff can with water or even saliva. Rub this directly on the sting. The pain will begin to subside immediately.

OR

Use regular paste over gel. The mint in toothpaste will cool the burning and dull the pain of a bee sting.

OR

Cut a clove of garlic in half and rub directly on the bee sting. It will minimize the pain and the swelling.

OR

Mash up an aspirin with a little bit of water to form a sticky paste, and apply this directly to the sting.

Bee stings are higly acid in composition. Tobacco is basic primarily so it neutralizes the acid of the sting, hence, deminishes the pain. Its always worked for me.

an old country way of doing this is to chew a little tobacco, just to wetten it, then apply on top of sting. and the burn and sting starts to vanish away.

Some people use Arm and Hammer with a little water rubbed on. My x used cigarette tobacco and a little water mixed and it helped my kids. And if it is swelling real bad and you get sick then go to a hospital.

Take a Benadryl tablet and keep ice on it the area. It should feel better within a few hours. (And btw, if the stinger is still in your skin, use a tweezer and pull it out).
