You may as well try to lose 100 pounds in 3 days. Losing 10 lbs in 3 days will not happen. Make that 30 days and I would say ok but not 3. Sorry.

You can't with a diet of any kind, but if you gave birth to a baby or had a body part amputated it could happen..... but 1-2 pounds a week is what people typically lose on a reduced calorie diet.

Normally, it isn't healthy to lose more than about 2 pounds per week i think it was or per day. But definitly excercise and healthy food will aid you. Although it will take you much longer than 3 days, unless you want to be bolemic and be seriously ill.

Unhealthily... There is no healthy way to loose that much weight in a short time period. Starvation will loose you about 2lbs at most in a 3 day period, over hydration maybe another 2-3lbs, exercise 2-3lbs (if it doesn't kill you due to the starvation), colostomy 1lb if your lucky.

It was once put the fastest way to loose 8lbs is to cut your head off, but would that be a healthy way of loosing weight?
