First off back in 2002 i was in the Marine Corps and i was diagnosed with a left femoral neck stress fracture involving 50% of the compressive side. elected not to do no surgery with 6 months on crutches and physical therapy. pain started in oct 2001 they said it was bursitus. pain didnt subside with anti-inflammatory and finally diagnosed with the stress fx. in march 2002 with an mri. two weeks ago all of a sudden for no reason my hip/femur felt like it was being pulled out and ready to snap. if im on it all day it hurts like that when i stop. but now i have a limp and pain radiates down my leg to my feet sometimes it aches and sometimes it feels numb. when i lay down to sleep i get this horrible numbing pain that i cant stop. this will last about 45 seconds every 10-15 mins. ct scan ruled out sciatica. and an mri eval at my hip and femoral neck ruled out the usual...stress fx,avn(which is what i thought it was)im 24 yrs old but dont feel like it. doc said pulled ligaments.

I exercise 40-60 minutes daily, varying my exercise (so as not to plateau), and eat healthy. But I cannot lose my hips, love handles or leg fat. PLEASE HELP.

i have always been an independent, strong minded, happy person, always doing things, helping people etc, last 6 months i have been a horrible selfish person screwing up my life had depression but nothing is getting me betterm i just cant understand how people change like this and how this has happened to me or how to fix it? this is not me, im' not scared to go to interviews, i'm not scared to go to parties where i dont know anyone, i dont lie on my bed and do nothing all day or spend all my time on the internet, i dont have to force myself to smile........how has this happened?

ok i was squatting today i was doing about 195-205 (i weigh 205). when i was on the third set on the 4th rep i felt a pain suddenly in my left shoulder/middle back area. what could i possibly have injured. there's little shoots of pain every once in awhile that makes me wince. is there any good guess to what i've injured or did i just pull something?

I am not a small person..but i do work out and try to keep toned..up till now my legs have been my best feature. duringt he last 2 weeks of school i havent been able to go and work out.now normally my legs tend to not have so much definition but they dont get huge.Since school ended I havent gotten back to the gym yet because my registration didn't pass through yet. Now I have adesk job from 9-5 so i sit alot. But i walk to and from the train which is about a 40 minute walkplusi have been eating less and healthier since school ended. it seems likei havent gained weight anywhere but my legs..and its freaking me out!

Lately, when I know I need to eat, instead of just experiencing the normal hunger feeling, I experience a "sick" feeling, too. I get shakey, headachey, light-headed, and feel as if I could vomit.

It seems that eating usually cures this sick hungry feeling right away.

I'm healthy, eat well, work out regularly, take a daily multivitamin, and have no serious medical conditions (that know of).

My instinct says low blood sugar. Any other suggestions? Have any of you experienced this? Should I go to my GP right away for blood work/tests?

For the past few days, I feel this way before nearly every meal time. As if I'm starved to the point of being sick.

Okay, my workout plan is split up into sections. For example, Monday- chest Tuesday legs, Wednesday- shoulders...etc..I'm very happy with it, but it also means that I'm basically doing each muscle group once a week. I know that when you do some exercises, it works others...but I'm still concerned. I tried to see if there was anyway I could fit each muscle in twice a week, but that's very exhausting. When I go on bodybuilding.com, everyone else seems to split their plans up pretty much the same as I do...but for some reason, knowing I'm doing a muscle once a week just doesn't seem like it's enough. What do you guys think?

I am following a very healthy diet. Low carbs, vegs, fruits, water, fiber, never skip breakfast- etc. approx. 1200 calories a day. I am 5'4 and overweight @168. I do 115 crunches 2x everyday & well as do the air bicycle exercise .I walk a mile 6 days a week. It only takes me 20-25 min. to walk and some of it is uphill. I have lost weight and want to continue doing so. Does this routine sound OK or should I be doing more?

I gave birth 8 months ago and can not fit in my jeans anymore. I'm trying to lost about 15-20 lbs. at least by August 2007. My sister and I just started going to the gym. We do cardio (walking on treadmill with a speed of 3.0 and incline of 15 highest). The way I eat is for breakfast - 1 bowl of cereal w/ 2% milk, Lunch-small snack like sushi (sometimes I don't even eat for lunch, & dinner-whatever my mom or husband cooks (no fast food). Is what I'm doing okay and will it help me lose weight? Please let me know what I should do.

I just started using Nuvaring again about 3 and a half weeks ago. I have never had a problem using the ring. Anyways Friday I took the ring out, and 3 days later, Monday my menstrual started but a day after I took the ring out I had terrible leg and pelvic pain like in the groin area all the way down to my knees. The pain only happened about 3 times on Saturday the day after I took out the ring. My menstrual came as planned but I barely have any bleeding. Very light and now I actually have stopped bleeding. That would be a menstrual of less than 2 days, I have no period symptoms either. Could I have gotten pregnant on the ring or could something else be happening with my body. How would you explain the terrible leg and groin pain?

i have just bought 20 pounds(btw i am 16 years old and 5"?"...yea lol i dunno my height but i am still short.)
