I exercise 40-60 minutes daily, varying my exercise (so as not to plateau), and eat healthy. But I cannot lose my hips, love handles or leg fat. PLEASE HELP.

my wife and I are doing this challenge....part of it is eating right and the other part is weight training..so far it's great.she has lost15 lbs and i've lost 31 lbs..for the hips, love handles leg fat, you fine all the resources in the website(s) - -leg lifts with weight and sets and reps

when you do cardio weight comes off all over your body so the parts that have thicker layer of fat will take the longest time (e.g. first place to notice change is face because it has the thinnest layer of fat)
