The cardio you're doing is good, but you need to add weight training 2 to 3 times a week. A body sculpting class is a good way to do it. Cardio is great and will help you loose weight up to a point, but you need to work the muscles with resistance to burn off the fat. You can actually do exercises with your child as a "weight". Don't skip meals! You may actually gain weight by doing that by finding yourself snacking. Just eat sensibly. Load up on the fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. Good luck!

Eat 5-6 meals a day. When I say that many, I mean spliting up you total calorie allowance of course. So the meals are really like snacks.
Instead of 2% milk, try skim milk; if you are like me and want something a little tastier, try Vanilla light "Silk" Soymilk. I had never liked the idea of soymilk because I grew up in farmland in Kansas where everyone drinks whole milk, but have found that I like this much BETTER. There are far fewer calories in it.
OOOh and the best thing that I have found recently is sugarfree popsicles! They taste great and are only 10 calories each so you can eat like 10 of them a day. They tie you over between meals and stuff.
Go to weightlossbuddy.com and sign up for a an account. There are 2 parts of the site. A free one and parts that you have to purchase.
I have been using the free tools for months now and they are excellent!
There is a part that you plug in the amount of pounds per week that you want to loose. I think that it goes up to 3 pounds, and then it tells you the amount (in minutes) to work out everyday, and the amount of calories that you should consume in order to reach your goal. It's all based off of your current weight and height.
Hope all of this helps you out, it's just some stuff that's helped me out in the past few months.

you have to eat more than that - when your body knows its not gona be deprived anymore it will let fat reserves go.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! yes, what you are doing is absolutely what you should do.. except dont skip meals because then you are more likely to overeat, so just have a small lunch and you will not over eat by dinner time.. august is in three months and you should be losing about 2-3 pounds per week so this is absolutely reasonable to think that you will lose this weight.. good luck on your endevor and be happy and most of all, healthy! :)

Most of the mothers' bones expand after delivery. I doubt if much could be done about fitting into your old jeans or even your old shoes, why not try to buy some bigger size jeans and doing work up at the same time.
It is bad for the health if you lose weight too fast, take your time, be consistent.

You need to eat about 400-600 calories for each meal. I know this sound like a lot some times but it is very important so your body does not go into starvation mode.
I use an all natural cleansing system that I have had great results with. It rids the body of impurities we get everyday.
