I need to thin out my stomach and fast. What can I eat or avoid eating that will help me. And also what are some exercises I can do besides the ol' regular ab muscle exercises?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Drink tons of water

it gets rid of bloating, will help you break down the fat (a little) and it tastes great.
Dont eat tons of bad foods but a sweet every now and then is alright.

As for excercises, lay face up on the floor. Stick both legs in the air about 1 foot off the ground. Alternate between 1 foot and 2 feet off the ground without having your feet touch the floor. There called leg lifts.

Normal crunchs work great too. Basically lazy situps that are tiring after a bit.

Drink 8 glasses of water everyday and avoid foods high in sodium. I'm not sure how much is considered high for the human body, but I consider any food over 300-400mg high in sodium.

i drank some water and worked out in my garden and i felt great!!!!!
