Well, a friend of mine who's currently serving in Korea got infected after accidentally touching one of those squatting toilets. He thinks it's herpes since he got bumps on his penis. He's really embarrased about it and even though I insist on him going to a doctor, he doesn't want to. It's the first time I see him breaking down like that so I'm really worried about him.

So yea, any medicaments that doesn't require prescriptions out there? Or is it an infection?

Why is this? Getting a bit fed up! Damn IBS is playing up and prunes are not helping.
I don't want to take any medicines, I'd much rather alter my diet to control the condition. I thought prunes were supposed to be effective.

someone who appears to have a perfect life, with happiness, who gets his needs met..even the woman chatshow presenter was grinning with him and laughing as she interviewed him, while he talked about his success, with girls, films his life.
he looks so young and freshed faced..
and heres me im 29, had bpd since 16, borderline personality disorder, ive suffered a huge amout of trauma and unhappiness in my life, ive never had friends or a steady relashionship, i have very low self esteem, ive been bullied alot through my life, i have ptsd symptoms as well, problems with rage, very bad depressive moods everyday, i live alone in a one bedroom apartment, i only have my mom for support in my life..im ageing prematurly..so i have huge amounts to work through, im presently waiting on some therapy..
and it hurts to see someone with a perfect life, with a huge grin, whos enjoying their life getting their needs met..
this really cuts deep,because my lifes never been that way & thats never

I went away in dec last year to india and was put on doxycycline malaria tablets which caused ulcertive osphegitis, after i recovered from that i found out i might have early kidney failure at 21 years old since that time my kidneys have regained 20% function but i am now getting sharp pains in my chest, abdomen, and down my left arm and sharp pains in my head, when i spoke to the doctor about it he asked if i could be pregnant, i still havent had the pregnancy test, so i was just wondering has anyone got any ideas what could be wrong and has anyone else been thru similar health problems. this has all happened since dec last year.

I'm 15, and i'm not fat but i could be in better shape. I'm 140 pounds, but don't look it at all, my doctor told me it was all muscle, since i play soccer in the fall. I was wondering how long a 15 year old should workout to become in shape, outside of soccer season. (Most of wanting to get in shape is in fact, getting in shape for soccer.)
