You can't find an urologist? They're all over the place.

Make sure you research into it, since it can't be reversed later on. Like the risks and negative side effects (studies have found that it can reduce sensitivity/pleasure since the head always rubs, and makes masturbation more difficult by over 60% (that's how it was promoted back then, ha); I guess that's why the USA is the only remaining advanced nation to do it, but even so the rates are dropping a lot; it's as low as 14% in some areas now).

You need to find a urologist who is more interested in making money than in promoting health. Many doctors now refuse to amputate a healthy, functional body part such as the foreskin, as their oath says that they must first do no harm, and circumcision IS harmful.
