I go to the gym 5 maybe 6 days a week and I spend most of my time on the stair master (40 minutes a day)..Im not fat I'm 53 120....I just have these pair of really little daisy duke shorts that I can't wait to wear and I want to know how long it will take until I see results...

Eat only when hungry and that too not more thrice a day. Nothing in between meals apart from water. It will be easier to stick to regime, if u chew ever morsel of food at least 32 times so that ur body system generates signals when u r hungry/full. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal.

Take light exercises and brisk walks every day preferably twice daily.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt of in a reasonable time.

Daisy Duke shorts were trashy in the 70s and are even more trashy today.

the diet determines the rate that results of exercise are seen. exercise only provides the stimulus the nutrients that the diet provides ultimately determines the shape of the body. the cleaner the diet the faster results will be seen
