You can eat a handful of any of the following:

Carrots, green peppers, celery or half an apple. None have any fat and the vegetables are low in carbs. The apple has sugar but not above your 200-calorie limit.

I've been eating an apple and some carrots for lunch for years and it's really helped to keep the weight off.

Edit:

You can't beat an apple for a snack. It has no fat and it tastes good. Other easy-to-eat fruit also are great snacks, such as pears, plums and peaches. All are completely fat free.

If you really want to try something that is not only good for you, but you will enjoy eating the food you should read the following. About 6 months ago a friend of mine turned me on to this diet. When I first heard the name of it, I thought she was crazy. The diet is called The Asian Noodle Diet. I gave it a shot and lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks and the food was really good. The website http://www.asiannoodlediet.com has all the info as well as a diet plan and receips. I recommend you try this before anything else.

Why bother?

Eat only when hungry and that too not more thrice a day. Nothing in between meals apart from water. It will be easier to stick to regime, if u chew ever morsel of food at least 32 times so that ur body system generates signals when u r hungry/full. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal.

Take light exercises and brisk walks every day preferably twice daily.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt of in a reasonable time.

I recommened celery and pickles! One stock of celery is 6 calories raw, while one stock of celery cooked is 11 calories! and then the dip you use, if you use any, adds the extra calories. Pickles have no calories for the most part, pretty much depends on the brand,! I know this isn't in the 100-200 range, but hopefully helps...Goodluck...and if your looking to lose weight by lowering your calories, remeber taht your beautiful whatever size you are, you don't have to be skinny to be gorgeous!

I love steamed chicken breast (100g cooked) and low fat cottage cheese with a light salad (no dressing), but if you don't like cottage cheese try A slice of Kraft FREE singles as an alternative just melt it over the chicken first yum yum.
