I've been struggling with my weight since I was 12. I am now 22, 5'6 and 165 lbs. I have tried all diets, I have been working out and have been a vegetarian for 3 years now. I just can't seem to lose any weight? What else should I be doing? I work out everyday, atleast 30 mins of cardio or 30 mins of strength. Why can I not lose any more weight, this is seriously frustrating, especially since I've been doing it the way any doctor would tell me, eating right and exercising.
