using 2 different ones can raise your heart rate and blood pressure to possibly dangerous levels

Its probably not good to take a diet substance at all. Just eat less. I know it is harder than it is said, but diet substances just don't really work otherwise everyone would be taking them. Why do you want one? why do you want two? To work quicker? They won't.

Depends on if they are prescription or over the counter (or both) and what they are. You need to be a little more specific.
You couldn't take a script diuretic and a script amphetamine, for instance. Could cause a heart attack.

At the least twice as bad as taking one such substance alone.
