who's the best doctor to use for tummy tuck.?

had one in 2005 but the doctor was no good my tummy is an mess. I need to have another one, who and where should i go.

A plastic surgeon if you want the absolute best job. You could see a general surgeon if you want an OK one (which is who I'm guessing did your first one). You basically get what you pay for.
