what can i use besides them??

I take a magnesium supplement at night. Start with one tablet and work your way up to see how many it takes to keep you regular. I buy them ay WalMart, you don't need any special brand or anything. Magnesium also helps with sleep issues sometimes, which is why I started taking it in the first place. It is upposed to help relax the muscles.

Have you tried simply drinking lots of water? This can help tremendously. Prunes, high fiber cereal and fruit are all natural ways that can help.

Don't do an enema.

Start eating some high fiber stuff.If you are needing to just get regular high fiber will do the trick.

Are you trying to have a bowel movement? You can use a stool softner, or an enema, or suppository.
