Sometimes but NOT always.

I worked out and lost weight and lost nothing in the breast.

I know some people who have gained in the breast.

It really all depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in the breast.

It depends on the amount of weight your losing/looking at losing and what excercises you are doing. Generally yes but not always! I have recently lost 16lbs and am still the same cup size! I know a few people that have done a weight loss scheme specifically to decrease their cup size and haven't been successfull. So i guess it depends on your luck?

Usually when a woman loses weight, the breasts are the first thing to shrink. To keep them from getting too small, you can do "pec" excersises to so that the muscles underneath will harden up.

regrettably if you're out of share to commence with, you'll probably nevertheless be out of share after dropping weight. The fat you loose comes gently from throughout your body, you may not objective one section especially. you'll likely note a moderate decrease, yet no longer a lot with purely 5-10lbs to artwork with.
