there is no need to do anything special - your body is cleansing itself with dietary fiber you get mostly from fruit and veggies.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Drink a lot of water and exercise more ( Hope you did not bored by this advice).
Do not eat more junk food and sauted vegetables or fried since it contain a lot of oil and MSG which means it won't help in cleansing you body.
Do not tries slimming pills if you are not sure enough or even liposunction since there is one woman from my country that after undergoes liposunction, the hole rot and become bigger. Not to scare ya but it is real.
Just like people say, exercise more, drink more.
Sleep also a good way to reduce fat but do it after exercising and NOT after eating. Since to relax body burns more calories that usual.
Do not skip breakfast, lunch and dinner but skip snacks but make sure your breakfast are light (no hamburger, steak, etc)

Well, you have to BURN off fat....you can't just flush it out of your body. If you could, then everyone would be thin, wouldn't they? Fat is hard to get rid of once you have it. It takes diet and a lot of exercise.
As far as impurities, stop eating and drink crap. Make sure you substitute any sodas with water. That will clean out impurities.

it is a dangerous diet because you deprive your body of important nutrients, it does work though but you honestly shouldnt do it for more than 3 or 4 days at a time. my mom tried it continually, and developed hives on her skin because all of her bodies impurities began showing up on her skin (it went away now, but why take the chance??) but honestly you'll just gain the weight back when you start eating unless you can somehow figure out the calories of that drink and limit yourself to eating that a day.

First thing in the morning, drik a glass of lemon with water. It purifies your body while the lemon burns some fat, and out it goes. Wait at least 30 mi. before you eat or drink somethin!
Grapefruit helps fight cholesterol, therefore burns fat!

You can detox your body, drink more water, preferably spring water. Take hot sauna baths, or steam saunas once a week, or a hot bath. Reduce aluminum in your body and other toxic minerals. Reduce pesiticides by buying organic foods when you can afford it, and if not, just buy organic foods which have thin skins. Take long walks.
