I have had shingles, being exposed to my kids with chicken poxs will that make them come back?

Shingles? Oh you poor thing, I've had them too. Being exposed to chicken pox won't bring on shingles. Shingles is brought on by stress and/or a compromised immune system.

No. Your kids have chicken pox now? They cannot give you chicken pox. You've already had it (that's how you got shingles). Only stress will bring the shingles back. Being exposed to chicken pox won't do it.
