Absolutely. A trainer can help you ( choose one certified by either ACE, ACSM, NASM, or NESTA). If that's not an option, a good alignement stretch is to sit on a chair or bench. Step one - put the left foot up on the right thigh/knee. Step two- push lightly downward on that raised left knee, "force" gently the back to be straight. Step three- with the right hand, grab the left toe and gently pull it toward the body. Then repeat this on the other side. DO it twice a day every day

Yes it can but you should see either a physical therapist or chiropractor...both of whom are qualified healthcare professionals who should be able to put your pelvis back in alignment. If you want a quick fix go see a chiro...if the chiro doesn't solve the problem in a few visits then you should see a physical therapist because there probably is some muscle involvement.

Yes it can. It can take a little while though.
It includes exercises, weight compensation, stretchings, and some specific muscle development.
