Pre Menstrual Syndrome. "Pre" means before. I have it, so let me try to explain in my own words. About a week or so before you start your period you get very, very emotional and moody. It is a constant swing of emotions that you can't control. With me it starts out by immediately lashing out at people around me by snapping and saying all kinds of terrible things to them, usually over minor stuff that doesn't amount to a hill of beans! Then the next day I usually go and cry somewhere cause I think everybody hates me, then the third day I just go kinda numb and just want to be left alone to wallow in self pity, then toward the end I can't stop talking just yammer yammer yammer, all this happens every month and I know its' going to but still it creeps up on me before I knew what was going on. I apologize to all my loved ones and Friends they have learned to ignore me and just stay away for a couple days. The day before I actually start I have so much energy I just clean house then a bottom out with no energy what so ever. I always have to have chocolate and live on Midol during the actual week of my cycle. After its all over with I can't find half the stuff I put up when I cleaned in my high energy house cleaning!

No, truly, it is Pre Menstrual cycle Syndrome...., which is in other words, PISSED OFF, MAD AND SYCHOTIC with everything and everyone before and during your menstrual period...
