I understand completely!!! I am so tired-I sleep at night and then I feel rested, but when I get up to do things I suddenly feel like I am so sleepy. I've been working on getting everything in my home in order. From company ready home to taking better care of myself. Since I've been working on that I seem to be less fatigued. I also just had a blood test to see if I have thryoid problems. A blood test might be good to do just to be sure your body is okay. Go to a clinic they are a lot cheaper. They set you on a sliding scale according to your income.
Also You should check out flylady.net-she is the lady for cleaning, and the lady for encouragement with not just your home but also for your body. I read her book on body clutter-it was so good I passed it along to my best friend for her to read . It really helped me!
Her principles work. And it is true with what she says. THis is the last diet book you will ever need to by. She explains everything so well. Like what you need to do is set a timer for 15 min. just 15 min. and see what you can do to help your body move. She calls it loving movement. I am not pregnant but I have a wonderful DVD called Pregnancy Fit (or something like that)by Denise Austin I use it for a exercise routine it is 20 min. long and it is wonderful-by the time the twenty is over I always feel like saying-that's all?! It is very low key since it is for second trimester(it gives you I think four workouts-I can't do the cardio, because I am very uncoordinated and I can not seem to get there chachacha dance step : p it is tough! ) But ,you feel great after word I do not even sweat with this work out just glisten:).
The reason why you are having a hard time changing your seditary life is because we as humans think that we need to have all or nothing. Say I start eating right and excersizing and I do it every day the right way and then next week comes and I grow a little slack on what I had set my goal so then I give up and say it is a hopless cause. This is the all or nothing mantality. We are so rough on ourselves-we are human we are born with a sin nature, and we give up way too easy. We need to fill our heads with more positive talk and just do it-even if we mess up once and a while we need to get right back on that band wagon and keep playing lifes little banjo. Try just 15 min a day doing something-going for a walk, scrubbing your floors(if you can- it hurts my knees too much),running, excersise DVD, walk around the grocery store before you start shopping, park further away from the entrance to the story, be creative, you are not punishing your self you are actually pampering yourself, remember the sky is the limit. Have fun!!!! THis is most important for having a healthy body is to have a positive outlook. See what you can do to help get your 15 in every day-It will all work out you just have to lose the all or nothing thinking. Believe me I am still struggling with this. We've all been there and we all still struggle, but that is what friends are for is to help encourage us along. Hope this helps. Have a wonderful day!!

If you need anything just email me.

Oh-that book "Body Clutter" can be purchased on walmart.com for around $9.00. It would be your best nine dollars spent!!! I promise.

Why do you lead a sedentary life? I think that is a key factor to why you are always tired. The more active your lifestyle is, the more energy you will have. If you can get out a couple times a week and walk or exercise you will probably have more energy. Best of luck!

the human body is not designed to be inactive, a sedentary lifestyle has a very negative effect on the endocrine system. it also seems that most that are sedentary also no not eat very healthy so there is a cumulative effect. chronic dehydration is a leading cause of fatigue

you can change your lifestyle if you want, after all it's "your" health that's at stake

Excellent stuff - very glad to see the shoe on the other foot for a change as as I've said before the female sex is terrifically overrated, about time blokes fought back.

That's vague. So it's not your choice. Weird. Most people choose it. Are you in denial? Whatever factor is making you live a sedentary lifestyle, DESTROY!!!!!!

Do the whole blood work test thing.

If nothing there, you are probably suffering from Depression. That can dramatically drain your energy.

Good news is that meds will fix it.

See your Doc. This is not normal
