I just started not eating like a pig. Use to like last week I'd eat when I was ready, and I'd eat whatever I craved, but since Friday, I've not eaten like that. I've really tried to keep busy and not think about food.
My question is, if I just cut back on my eating as far as eating only 3 meals a day and not snacking will I loose weight? I take my dog for a walk every day and its a little over a mile, so I do get physical activity, and I work in my flower garden a lot.........
What are some other good things I could do or eat to help me loose more wieght? nIs there a special food I could eat to make me less hungry?
