Try to appreciate what you have and who you have around you. Think about how many people in this world that are so much less fortunate than we are who wish they could be like you and I. Things that we take for granted everyday such as being able to access a computer whenever we want to when there are so many people in this world don't even have a warm bed to go to every day. Try to make most out of what you already have. It may not be the best but you know it's better than most people in this world.

It's so hard considering what a messed-up world we live in now. Watching the news and reading the newspaper usually gets me down. Try to find things you enjoy. For me, it helps to plant flowers, brush my cat, read an upbeat funny book, things that allow me to get away from negativity and focus on the happy things that are around me. It's hard to have negative thoughts when my bird "wolf-whistles" at me, or my cat purrs while I brush him. Pets are wonderful companions because they love us just as we are, and they could care less about the price of gasoline or the war in Iraq. In other words, find a way to remove yourself from any negativity, even if it is only for a few hours. It does seem to help.

Well, you stop and think that nothing is permanent. You have the power to change your life if you don't like it. Every bad day will eventually lead to a good day - It's kind of like Isaac Newtons theory of "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction". So for every bad thing that happens, a bit more bad will come of it, but so will something good, even if you can't always see it. And besides, if you're at rock bottom, there is no where to go but up, right? I dunno, don't mean to sound like a hippie lol

I've dealt with that feeling for a really long time. It helps to have a plan for yourself & a good, clear head on your shoulders. Don't let pricks & assholes drag you down because that's what they want to do. You can't let them succeed. If they attempt to do it in the first place, you don't need to be talking to them. Sometimes, it's good to be selfish, especially if you want to survive in this cruel world.

this is not any longer effortless. In a nut shell, you want to do not overlook that lame 'ol passage or declaring that is going like...'provide me the serenity to settle for the flaws i will not change,. the braveness to regulate the flaws i will,. and the information to draw close the version...' because once you've were provided that lower than your belt, something is a breeze.
