Can someone breakdown the calories, fat, sodium, cholesterol, etc., that one would find in a breakfast sandwhich with these ingredients:
1 Croissant (standard size, buttered)
1-2 fresh eggs
3 slices of bacon, cooked on grill in it's own grease
1 slice american cheese
I am trying to figure out the nutritional value of this, as I eat it once a week for breakfast. I probably shouldn't, but I am curious nonetheless.
