Not sure of any meds, however I am a energy therapist, and last year treated a lady for carpal tunnel. The treatment used is called EFT (emotional freedom techniques) Within 30 mins of her first session there was drastic improvement. After three sessions it was clear. If there is an emotional charge or cause for your challenge then there is a 80% probability that EFT will help.

I used to run three health food stores and have been a natural herbalist for 38 years...
The best I have found is aloe vera juice, try to get health food grade from a health food store, it is much better- start small 1 tb in orange juice for the first three days...then work your way up to a 1/2 cup in juice per day and you should see results quickly.
Willowbark is a natural asprin...
Yucca gets rid of inflammation in the joints...but again..start small and work up...warm onion packs if it gets really painful... and LOTS OF WATER, hope it helps
TIGERBALM OR BIOFREEZE is good for the outside of the wrist for tempory discomfort

Fish Oil is a major one...
Here are some -- http://www.jigsawhealth.com/products/inflammation_supplements.html
Dietary recommendations for inflammation include:
* Eat foods that are rich in omega-3 essential fatty acids, such as ground flax seed, fish oil, wild-caught salmon, minimal-mercury albacore tuna, and sprouted walnuts.
* Add saturated fats to your diet that have antimicrobial properties such as organic virgin coconut oil. Read more about good fats and bad fats in the Healthy Diet article.
* Choose complex carbohydrates that have a low glycemic index such as brown rice, raw apples, and winter squash.
* Eat more monounsaturated fats found in raw almonds, cashews, and avocados.
* Choose organic cage-free eggs.
* Eat hormone- and antibiotic-free beef and poultry.
* Eat dark green, leafy vegetables.
* Eat nutrient-dense, unprocessed raw foods, such as nuts and seeds.
* When consuming alcohol, use moderation and preferably choose wine, which has anti-inflammatory properties.
* Drink purified water throughout the day.
Good luck!

What you're describing is a myth. Abortion is generally done by vacuum aspiration or a pill that changes the hormone levels and causes a miscarriage. I have a pretty logical opinion on abortion. 1) when abortion is illegal, more women die 2) women shouldn't be forced to carry pregnancies they don't want or feel mentally unprepared for just as they shouldn't be forced to have abortions. 3) every child should be wanted and loved.

You may use the combination of the following herbal alternatives.
1.Ginger: This herb is anti-inflammatory and offers pain relief and stomach-settling properties. Fresh ginger works well steeped in boiling water as a tea or grated into vegetable juice. Powder capsules are also available.
2.Boswellia: Also known as boswellin or "Indian frankincense," this herb contains specific active anti-inflammatory ingredients, referred to as boswellic acids that significantly reduce inflammation.
3.Fish Oils: The omega-3 fats EPA and DHA found in fish oil have been found, by many animal and clinical studies, to have anti-inflammatory properties that reduce joint inflammation and promote joint lubrication.
It is also vital to understand that you need to reduce omega-6 fats like vegetable oils seeds and nuts, as it is actually the ratio of omega 6:3 fats that determines how much inflammation is present. You could theoretically consume enough omega-3 fish oils to work but then ruin the effect by consuming too many omega-6 fats.
4.Bromelain: This enzyme, found in pineapples, is a natural anti-inflammatory. It can be taken in supplement form.
5.Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO): This oil, found in fish and dairy butter, acts as a "joint lubricant" and an anti-inflammatory. The delicious raw butter we carry from organic pastures contains "Wulzen anti-stiffness factor." This factor has been found to be highly effective in reversing arthritis and protects against calcification of joints. Take CMO orally and apply the cream topically. (it's available both in oral supplement and cream forms).
6.Evening Primrose, Black Currant and Borage Oils: These contain the essential fatty acid gamma linolenic acid (GLA), which is useful for treating arthritic pain. These are the exception to omega-6 fats that are necessary to have in your diet. It is reasonable for many to take these as a supplement, particularly if you struggle with dry skin in the winter, as this is a strong indicator that you are deficient in these fatty acids.
7.Cayenne Cream: Also called capsaicin cream, this spice comes from dried hot peppers. It alleviates pain by depleting the body's supply of substance P, a chemical component of nerve cells that transmits pain signals to the brain.
P.S. some one has mentioned that Aspirin comes from willow bark.
Aspirin as an OTC medication, is a pharmaceutical drug which manufactures synthetically.
Raw material for the Aspirin doesn't have a natural base.
