Movement! If you can't go for a walk like the first poster suggested, (I know I can't just leave and talk a walk) at least get up, go to the copy room, kitchen, bathroom, whatever....just get up and move.

A glass of cold water always wakes me up too and if all else fails, a cup of strong black coffee should do the trick.

try eating light lunch and no sweets...are ya diabetic...sugar levels do funnny things around 4PM............circadian i suppose.good luck.....also,check your thyroid on next doc visit.good luck..........
