i only fill it with hot water. i have it so hot that if you move it feels like it's burning you. BUT MY QUESTION IS THIS, when i get out why does my heart beat so hard and fast?

because it is trying to push the blood to the skin in order to release the heat you have built up by taking such a hot bath. Would suggest that you try cooling it off a bit.

it's the shock of going from one extreme to another...it obviousyy is not good for you....try cooling the water down slowly before you get out.
