Not generally no, but did you happen to just start taking Metformin (or similar)? If so, this is a very common side effect for some people but if so, the good news is that most people adjust to it in short order.

Diarrhea is a symptom of a lot of things. It's also the side effect of a lot of medications (including some medicines used to treat diabetes).
But, exclusive of any other symptoms, it's not necessarily a symptom of diabetes.

Not usually, but it can be a symptom of gall bladder problems. If you get the diarrhea after having a large carbohydrate meal, yes, it can be diabetes. Carbs are converted to sugar and when there is a high load, it forces water into the intestines (which then causes diarrhea).

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

No everyone else is right but i found out that frequent yeast infections are.
If you eat a lot of sugar free products, they can cause diarrhea and that may be what you are experiencing. Most of these products say that excessive consumption will cause diarrhea but many do not. If you eat a variety of sugar free products you are in fact making the matter worse
hope this helps

Frequent urination
Excessive thirst
Extreme hunger
Unusual weight loss
Increased fatigue
Irritability
Blurry vision
Those symptoms are more common then diarrhea, but that doesn't mean it can't occur.
