I lost about 15 pounds last year (that's all I really needed to loose). Anyway, I gained about 11 pounds back over the holidays (Turkey Day and Christmas....darn those two (just kidding!)), and since then I haven't really been able to loose alot. First of all, I was EXTREMELY strong willed and dedicated when I first lost the weight. But now, I seem to have lost that will power (sadly). I lost about 4 of those 11 extra pounds....Then gained about 6 back due to different celebrations and what-not with my family. I REALLY want to loose those 15 pounds again. Do you have ANY suggestions what-so-ever for loosing weight (**that's quick and easy to stick to**).??? One extra question, do Sit-Ups, Lunges, and stretching count as 'Exercise'? If so, how long should I do them for each day?? PLEASE HELP!! I'm DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*******************************$$%@^$!!!!!!!!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!!!!
