I have a mole and a few days ago i scratched it by accident then a darker mole is on top of my normal mole
and today I picked the darker mole and its half off my arm
Will i get skin cancer?
What should i do?

It might be the scab. Wait a few days, until the scratch is healed and then if it is still looking like it has changed, go get it checked by a dermatologist.

Don't worry, changes like you are speaking about (dark moles becoming cancerous) usually doesn't happen in a few days time.

But be safe, and get it checked if it is still dark after the scab is off and the mole is healed from scratching it.
