Theoretically, you should be training quads, glutes, and hamstrings.

However, the low resistances that are required to be able to sustain the durations necessary for an aerobic workout, it is not enough to stimulate any kind of muscular development.

Glutes, quads, calves...I'm sure there are more and it depends if it has the upper body poles too. It's a very good low impact cardio machine.
