No. Go wash your hands in hot, soapy water for 3 minutes, and take the wormy dog to the vet, or worm him yourself with worm medicine.
Not really a cause for concern.......unless in a week or so you have this irresistible urge to drag your butt across the floor. ;-)

Nope, just wash your hands.
You are really not going to like this next concept but more people than you would care to know about have worms as well. Of course those folks typically wouldn't lick your hands...

you can get worms from cats & dogs. If you washed your hands well and didnt touch your face (especially mouth) you shoud be fine... If you didn't do these things and are worried that you might get worms you can pick up some combantrum (worming meds) over the counter at your local pharmacy.

It didn't bite you , did it? If it bit you you'd have to go to the doctor IMMEDIATELY for a vaccination in case of rabies. But it didn't BITE you, it LICKED you, so all you have to do is wash it clean.Worms?Do you mean worms on its mouth or on its fur?If it was on its fur , did you touch it?If you touched it,make sure the worms didn't bite you...or else it might swell and you'd have to go to the doc.I don't think it was on its mouth...on its mouth it could have shook it off.

No. Parasites like worms are very host specific, they cannot live in (or on) any other type of animal.

If you have no open cuts, injuries or open sores on your hands, that is, if your hands are "normal" and "healthy". Don't worry... wash your hands and have a nice day!
