Recently I have been having problems sleeping. I either can't fall asleep at all, or when I do I just wake up a few hours later; and even when I get over 10 hours of sleep, in the morning, it feels like I got no sleep at all. Then the other day, I say the sleep number bed on tv and thought it looked perfect, but when I saw some ratings online, they weren't that good. So if anyone knows of a good mattress, PLEASE let me know about them!

i want my abs to be more cut, and im having trouble burning off the extra fat. My training for awhile has been warming up with basketball at the gym, then running 3 miles which is about 20 minutes, and then i like to play a little more basketball after.
This routine doesnt seem to work anymore, it's like my body's just adapted to it.
what should i do?

i was dating a guy for three months.. he was very into me, (called me day after meeting, asked for date next day,etc..) the few time we hung out i was my normal sweet self.. but i found out that my favorit closest aunt was terminally ill so i shut down. i never told him what was wrong, but i guess he stayed around hoping i'd be how i was before. eventually he said he couldn't take me treating him like that anymore and broke up with me.. i didn't call him for a few weeks, but then my aunt died and i sent him an email explaining i was acting weird bc my aunt was sick. he didn't respond right away so i flipped out and bombarded him w/text messages.. he never ever did respond. a girlfriend of mine asked him what was his deal and he said i was annoying the heck out of him with my bs. i know for a fact that he doesn't have another girlfriend, so he honestly was tired of me being rude/cold. so why when i reached out he didn't believe me/respond? is he

I asked my doctor and he said he wouldnt recomend it to his kids so he doesnt for me. My mom is a little skeptical about it, but i know alot of friends who take it themselves after they work out and such, as i am doing now. i don't think it's bad, but i just want to make sure. Thanks!

On my left foot in the middle just above the middle toe, i have a small lump that i can feel but i cant see. it hurts to put pressure on my foot so i have to walk on my heel... can anyone make a diagnosis and treatment advice along with how long it would take to go away???

So last night i drank 5 shots of absinth, i drank some wine, 1 shot of jose C, and then i had some beer. I throw up 4 timea lat night when i was out, then another 3 when i got home, this morning i still feel like ****, when ever im not laying in bed its like i almost want to throw up. all i had this morning was a glass of apple juice and i throw it up a little. right now i have 2 semi-big cyst or nodule inflammatory acne on my forehead and near my cheek and it's really bothering me.

What's the best way to get rid of it to prevent scaring? Do I wait it out or what? How long will it take? When the time comes, do i squeeze it to let the pus out? The one on my cheeck right beside my nose is pretty red in color.

Right now I'm using "pHisoHex" (hexachlorophene cleansing emulsion USP) as a wash then I apply "Sebamed deep cleansing facial toner - pH 5.5"
Sometimes I use "effaclar K cream" if my skin is dry.

Are these products ok? Proactiv seems like a good product but 1) it's pretty expensive 2) is there anywhere to get it in stores and not online?

I have recently moved to the US and ever since i moved i am facing this problem of having my feet soles itch like crazy. I know this is not athelete's foot cos i do not have itching on my toes or red bumps. I wear open shoes all the time, and most of the time i stay barefeet at home. My dad used to have a similar problem due to his diabeties, could this be the same? I also moisturize my feet everyday, after bath, so this is not dry skin problem too. the itching gets real severe at times.

I work out alot, have a good diet plan, however is still have some spots I am not happy with. Are there any pills that can focus on thes areas? Or are most pills just a rip off? Any help is apperciated!
