Call you dentist and see if they can get you in in an emergency spot..Most offices have them open just for thiss reason.

does the dentist know that your crown fell out? every time
one of mine fell out they were in a panic and got me in the
same day or next day. i would find a new dentist if i were
you, it only takes 5 mins for them to put the crown back in
and glue it. i can't believe they can't see you for 2 weeks
thats ridiculas.

Right in the drug store is temporary cement for crowns. I saw it at Eckerds.

Most large drug stores have a temporary kit that will seal it and hold it...The pharmacist will guide you to it...
