If you had to live off one type of food for a week what would it be? What food would be the healthiest?

Baked beans. You may fart a lot but they both nutritious and help you loose weight.

Protein. It builds good muscles ect and is burned of straight away in energy. But saying that its not good to stick to just one food which is why we have all the types of food to make up a healthy balanced diet.

I would suggest bread. This because bread contains carbohidrate and some protein that gives you energy you need. its contains less sugar and fats too. besides i've tried it and its work. even though just a plain bread its would still taste great. its a good form of diet too. Easy to pack and fit inside your bag cleanly too.

either potatoes or coconuts. each has all you need for survival in sufficient quantity for months!
