Hey, I am very scared right now. Right after health class and after hours of research on testicular cancer, I think I may have it due to the symptoms I possess. I have these lumps on the back of one of my testicles and I have irregular large puffy nipples, which are just two of the many symptoms caused by testicular cancer!
I am very scared....please help me! :'(

Don't automatically jump to conclusions. You aren't a doctor! If you feel that there may be something wrong then I suggest that you make an appointment with your doctor to let him confirm your suspicions. Self diagnosis can be self destructive, and cause you needless worry when there may be a perfectly normal explaination that isn't cancer. Don't freak out. Just go to the doctor.

Of course we are not qualified to make a diagnosis let alone via the internet. I suggest you see your doctor. Testicular cancer is very treatable especially in its early stages. Good luck and best wishes!

Those lumps on the back of a testis are probably spermatocoels in epididymis. See a doctor, though. Medical students go through this with every new disease we study.
